  1. dont agree with not skipping meals. One must skip a meal or two once in a week or fortnight ,that is very good routine. Most religions recommend it and it has a scientific base.

    1. Skipping meals while loosing weight is not a good idea. It makes you eat more in your next meal, which is not helpful in weight loss. Also when you skip a meal you starve your body which may cause other hazards to you body. hence i do not recommend to skip any meals.
